Main duties Infrastructure Provide installation and configuration of hardware & software, including computers, laptops, cameras, printers, readers, and accessories. Perform regular checks and maintenance, resolve technical issues. Manage IT equipment records (inventory, reporting). Collaborate with the global IT team. Maintain standards, documentation, and identify improvements. JDEdwards/ERP Support JDE users with issues. Administer user accounts and permissions. Perform mass data modifications. Execute SQL scripts on Oracle DB. Assist with ERP updates and cloud migration. Responsibilities and accountabilities Infrastructure: Set up new users and access rights. Control internal device auctioning. Ensure device security. Manage and access the server room. JDE / ERP: Set up users and permissions. Provide first-level support for JDE. Qualifications, knowledge, and experience General: Good Italian and basic English skills. High school diploma, minimum 6 months experience. Willingness to learn, interest in technology. Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, network protocols. Advanced knowledge of Windows desktops and MS Office. JDEdwards / ERP: Basic understanding of JDE processes, user management, and development.
