We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer , reporting directly to the Process Design Section Head, to join our Process team based in Rome. You will work in the Process Department, promoting innovation and developing advanced low-carbon technological solutions. About the Job: Under the responsibility of the Process Manager/Department Head, you will: Coordinate project process design activities across all phases, from conceptual design to detailed engineering. Manage external interfaces with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on technological aspects. Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams for project execution. Support Technological Lines in R&D activities, including techno scouting and university research collaborations. Assist in preparing technical proposals. After an initial onboarding period working on project execution as a senior process engineer, you will gradually support relevant Technological Lines activities. About You: We’d love to hear from you if you meet the following essential requirements: At least 5 years of successful experience in process design (simulation, PFD, equipment data sheets, and P&IDs preparation). Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of process design methods and tools, familiarity with process simulators (ASPEN, Hysys, PROII, others). Ability to manage all aspects of process engineering design. Ability to work independently and in a team. What’s next?
