This permanent role offers a variety of domestic and commercial projects, including student accommodation, offices, and other buildings. You will take ownership of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain sanitary ware, pipework, and unvented systems Carry out PPM servicing and general repairs Respond promptly to emergencies and complete tasks effectively Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures Support colleagues and assist across multiple contracts as needed Skills and Experience NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent 2–5 years' experience in building maintenance or education environments Excellent communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, community-focused company that values its people and makes a real difference locally.
