Clockwork Recruitment is working with a busy college looking for a proactive, approachable Site Assistant Caretaker to keep the campus safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. What Youll Do: Carry out regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of students and staff. Monitor access points and car parks, helping to enforce parking rules. Assist with basic maintenance and DIY tasks around the site. Support college events and help with general site duties. About You: Youre someone who easily connects with young adults and staff alike friendly, approachable, and ready to communicate clearly. You have solid general DIY skills, a can-do attitude, and are flexible enough to pitch in wherever needed. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a busy, community-focused environment.
