Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: North Somerset Type: Permanent | Full-Time We’re currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading contractor with a strong regional presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of high-profile projects across sectors including health, education, and commercial developments. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead on MEP project financials from pre-construction through to final account Oversee commercial reporting, valuations, and risk management Draft and negotiate subcontracts Mentor and manage junior surveyors Work closely with senior management to support project and regional goals What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of the construction and MEP process Experience with NEC and JCT contracts Proven track record managing cost/value reporting and subcontractor performance Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ideally degree-qualified and RICS or similar (or working towards) Experience working on live projects, ideally across healthcare, education, or commercial sectors Why Apply?
