IT Support Team Leader - Level 3 Technician

Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent, an IT Support Team Leader to support the IT Coordinator and assist less experienced resources as needed.This position is permanent. Description- Ensure the proper functioning of the network, wireless equipment, and computer systems.- Actively participate in documentation, writing user guides, and user training.- Support users, in person or remotely.- Contribute to the implementation of new technological solutions in collaboration with the IT analyst.- Assume a technical leadership role within the IT technician team. Preferred Qualifications- College diploma in information technology or equivalent.- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory or coordination responsibilities.- Autonomy, initiative, customer focus.- Fluency in French and functional English.- Knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, SCCM, MDM (Asset).- Experience in a school or Nordic environment (strong asset).
