Working hours: Mon- Thurs: 8h00 16h00, Fridays: 8h00 13h00 Key Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 with 5 years management experience OR HR-related Degree/Diploma Minimum of 2 years experience in managing learning programme accreditation with SETAs and the QCTO Experience in managing SETA/QCTO monitoring, evaluation, audits & accreditation processes Strong research and development experience around SETA/QCTO qualifications Strong background in managing e-learning platforms, content, and compliance Ability to develop and implement innovative e-learning solutions aligned with SETA/QCTO standards Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills Remuneration:
