The School Improvement Partner collaborates with school leaders to ensure continuous improvement priorities and projects align with the Cognita Assurance Framework. Effective governance, as framed by this framework, is a key focus, as is building and maintaining positive professional relationships. Who we are looking for: Trusted, calm, and pragmatic educational partner to senior leaders under pressure. Values-driven, with high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills. Able to navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity confidently. Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Self-directed, responsive, and discreet.
