Business Analyst

We are seeking Business Analysts for our Milan and Rome offices. In this role, you will work on well-defined sub-tasks of the assignment with the close support and guidance of your case manager. Responsibilities The Business Analyst’s role includes: Gathering facts and analyzing data from various sources Extracting key messages from your research in a clear and concise way Assisting the team in building presentations and reports Executing quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources Providing input in client meetings regarding your work Interacting with customers during workshops and interviews Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in internal office organization. Qualifications You are the ideal candidate if you possess these qualifications: MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) with strong academic achievement – degree from a leading school Previous consulting experience (e.g., internship) in prestigious firms or industry experience in top companies Excellent proficiency in English and Italian – other languages are desirable Characteristics Proactive, self-motivated, highly analytical, and an independent thinker Energetic, decisive, and able to respond well under pressure High achiever with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit Ability to adapt and integrate quickly into new cultures and organizations Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and the community Willing to travel Please submit your application with a motivational letter.
