Restaurant Manager - Six Senses Rome

Duties and Responsibilities As Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. The duties and responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of food and beverage outlets daily and coordinate special events. Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability. Assist in preparing the annual operating budget aligning with the overall objectives. Maintain procedures for security and proper storage of inventory and equipment, and ensure the security of financial transactions. Establish purchasing practices that meet Six Senses' nutrition and sustainability standards. Promote a cost-focused philosophy through training and education. Operate outlets in compliance with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements, including reporting systems, contractual obligations, security, safety protocols, and budget controls. Strictly adhere to LQA standards. Qualifications To succeed as Restaurant Manager, I should have the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, with proven results, including: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or a valid health/food handler card as required by local or state authorities. Eligible to work in Italy.
