The Servo Motor Product Support & Application Engineer will oversee both strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring support for commercial opportunities through technical, customer-facing, and support management activities. This role supports segment and regional drive centres on commercial products, providing day-to-day support to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. It bridges product management, engineering, and regional support teams to deliver application expertise, resolve challenges, and promote product adoption. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Commercial support management, quotations, and proposals Segment/regional support bid coordination Margin and profitability analysis Order management and fulfillment Forecasting and pipeline support Product and application engineering support Commercial enablement and training Product lifecycle management and feedback Cross-functional collaboration Performance monitoring and continuous improvement Customer advocacy and relationship building Travel Requirements: A minimum of 25% travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings, with potential for increased travel based on business needs. Qualifications & Experience: Degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent, with proven experience in servo motor product management, business development in servo motors, gear and motion control, and automation markets. Strong interpersonal, technical, financial, and leadership skills are essential.
