Project Engineer

Immediate open position available for a Project Engineer with CIVILGEAR, LLC. The position requires a minimum of a BS Degree in Engineering, E.I. Certification or the ability to obtain it. It is open to experience levels ranging from recent graduates to 4 years (Civil or Environmental background). The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with: Preparation of cost estimates and schedules Infrastructure design and drainage modeling for residential and commercial land development projects Preparing and compiling engineering reports Assisting with permitting applications and supporting documents Researching and understanding municipal and agency codes/regulations Coordinating with Project Managers, Clients, agency personnel, and contractors Implementing project objectives and solving problems proactively Assisting with engineering site inspections to ensure compliance with codes and standards Technical writing and effective communication AutoCAD experience is a plus Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision insurance, prescription drugs, and paid vacation/holidays.
