Join us in redefining the boundaries of possibility. Your role We are seeking a HSE SPECIALIST to redesign the Integrated Management System. Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and QUALITY, starting from the current integrated management system. Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents. Main responsibilities: Review existing documents (manuals, procedures, operative instructions). Check document consistency to reflect actual practices. Align documents where necessary with EL group standards. Design and manage a SharePoint site dedicated to HSE topics: Create and manage sites and pages. Organize and publish content and documentation. Utilize web parts, document libraries, and permission settings. Main requirements: Excellent written communication skills in Italian, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Experience in technical documentation or structured reports is a plus. Interest in management system standards, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 are a plus). Familiarity with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards is advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools. Willingness to learn and independently resolve problems. Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Team-oriented mindset and collaborative skills across departments.
