Pre & Post Deal Assistant Manager / Manager

Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster out their Pre & Post Deal M&A Function after some excellent growth throughout 2025. AMA has made multiple successful engagements with this client and is a key account for our firm who we are excited to be working with again. If you have worked in TS/FDD pre deal or Post Deal Post Merger Integration you will be suitable for this opportunity. Our client is not looking for a someone with all the experience you must pick one your most suitable for. Experience Required Experience in either Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence in the pre deal space Experience in either Integration & Separation in the post deal space 3 years minimum for Assistant Manager 5 years Minimum for Manager Preferably have come from a Management Consulting/Advisory background Knowledge of P&L Terminology and EBITDA references Must know how to communicate well with clients and have stakeholder management capabilities Led a team as a Manager, or mentored as an Assistant Manager Offering £59,000 - £65,000 base salary 15% - 20% Bonus for Assistant Manager grade £82,000 25% bonus for Manager Grade 30 days holiday from day one Comprehensive Healthcare and Insurance policy Comprehensive Materinity & Paternity Policy Matched 6% Pension Contributions
