Quality Controller

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Controller to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: We are looking for a Quality Controller to work within the Production area with the main responsibility of ensuring that products are produced are in line with customer specifications and expectations. Ensuring quality checks are carried out on each machine and identifying when products are out of specification. Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and detailed and traceability is maintained. Organising jobs and personnel for sorting when required. What you will need to succeed: Similar experience within a production / manufacturing environment. An understanding of Health & Safety requirements. Ability to manage own workflow in a key area. Computer literate, particularly with Windows, Word and Excel. A minimum of grade C or equivalent in Maths and English would be preferable. What you will receive in return: Salary: £30,246.32 per annum overtime 5 hours per week - NO weekend - All Brakes Paid This role is working on our 3-shift system, with shift rotation being mornings, nights, and afternoons. 6am to 2pm (6am to 11.30am on Friday) 2pm to 10pm (11.30am to 5pm on Friday) 10pm to 6am (5pm to 10.30pm on Friday) Potential to grow and develop within the team. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Contributory pension scheme What you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
