The Role: Oversee all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional care for every child Develop and implement the home’s structure, policies, and day-to-day practices Play a pivotal role in shaping the service, building infrastructure and supporting innovation Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of a skilled, values-driven staff team Foster a positive, resilient culture where young people and staff are supported and empowered Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement through reflective practice and strong leadership Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that gives every child real opportunities to succeed What’s in it for you? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). Proven record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades.
