Sales Consultant

Your Responsibilities: External Sales - promoting and selling various HVAC related services and Installations (to various construction sites, Mechanical consultants, Developers, Architects). CRM to existing clients. Build own client own client database. Deliver exceptional sales knowledge and customer service. Achieve sales targets and maintain GP on projects. Plan and manage projects on-site, including BOQs, materials, and team schedules. Oversee site meetings, instructions, and variation orders. Read, measure, and interpret building plans on-site and off. Liaise with clients, engineers, and builders. Compile and submit O&M manuals and ensure as-built plans align with completed scopes. Stay informed on HVAC products and installation methods through supplier training. Prepare and submit various boqs/quotes before deadline. Essential requirements: Education: Grade 12 minimum. trade-related qualifications in Sales, Project Management, or Mechanical Engineering are advantageous. Own Vehicle a must. Experience: At least 5 years in a Sales or Project Management role with strong HVAC knowledge. Skills: Advanced communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
