Network Infrastructure Engineer

The challenge We are looking for a motivated junior talent to join our Network & Infrastructure team. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills in networking and IT systems, in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment What you will do Support configuration and monitoring of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls). Assist in managing and developing company network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Perform first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issues Handle user requests related to network access and issues Help document configurations and technical procedure Contribute to network performance analysis and service improvement Support ICT teams in designing and deploying new service Monitor and manage infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle. What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress) in IT, STEM or related field. Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid systems). Understanding of main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers. Interest in IT security. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux. SAP S/4 HANA basics are a plus. Good knowledge of English and Italian. Experience with hybrid work environmen ts Nice to Have Certifications like Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network, or Fortinet NSE 1 -2. Experience Internship or first experience in systems or networking. School or personal projects with network devices are a pl us.
