Job Description

Social network you want to login/join with: Reporting directly to the IP Manager, the Candidate will support the trademark and design specialty by providing assistance for the maintenance, defence, and strategic development of the Group’s Intellectual Property assets. Main Responsibilities: Support with the registration and management of the Group’s trademarks, domains, and designs portfolio through the full lifecycle of the renewals process, including all administrative tasks: prior use investigation, filing of new applications, docketing, deadlines monitoring, creation of reports, preparation, and execution of any required documents; Assist with the protection of IP assets against infringements worldwide: conduct online research, gather information, organize evidence, draft cease and desist letters, file oppositions and cancellation actions; Survey customs and coordinate with local authorities for product detention and various formalities; Process correspondence with outside counsels to coordinate legal actions; Cooperate in developing online watching services and enroll in IP protection tools. Manage online enforcement on marketplaces, social media, websites, and fraudulent domains; Support internal procedures and guidance document development and provide relevant training to other departments; Assist with due diligence related to development agreements, license agreements, and the execution of NDAs. Job Profile Qualifications: Degree in Law; At least 3-4 years of professional experience; Specialization in the Intellectual Property field or related courses preferred. Skills: Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong ability to think critically while providing administrative support; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to interact collaboratively with other departments; Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; Strong confidentiality, work ethic, and attention to detail; Proficient with computer programs, Excel, and PowerPoint; Fluent in English.
