The Role As a Security Specialist focusing on TrendMicro and Thales tools, you will be an integral part of our cybersecurity team, dedicated to protecting our client's critical infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing, managing, and optimizing security solutions using TrendMicro and Thales technologies to safeguard against cyber threats. In this role, you will actively engage in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security risks. You will leverage TrendMicro's advanced threat detection capabilities and Thales' encryption and key management solutions to ensure robust protection of sensitive data and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining security policies, conducting vulnerability assessments, and responding to security incidents. You will collaborate closely with other IT and security professionals to design and implement comprehensive security strategies. Your role will also involve continuous monitoring and improvement of security measures to stay ahead of emerging threats. By applying your knowledge of TrendMicro and Thales tools, you will help create a secure environment that supports the organization's mission and objectives. Required Skills and Experience - 1 year of experience as an IT Specialist, preferably in a managed services environment. - Experience with TrendMicro, Thales, and QRadar. - Expertise in network, host, and cloud-based security, attack techniques, analysis, and investigation. Preferred Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields. - Experience with QRadar - Preferred Certifications in Cyber Security: Thales CipherTrust Data Security Platform (DSP) Professional Certification; Trend Micro Certified Professional; IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Guardium, CompTIA Security and other specialized security analyst certifications.
