Junior Manufacturing Engineer

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will manage the fulfillment of the Code Requirements and client specifications to develop fabrication drawings, materials procurement specifications, fabrication and testing procedures, quality control plans, and all other technical documents necessary to develop and produce products/equipment following client contracts in an organized, safe, and high-quality manner. If needed, you may also develop basic design activities for products, equipment parts, or specific tools or jigs. You will play a central role in the manufacturing organization, possessing knowledge of technical documentation, fabrication technology, available tools, and equipment. You will collaborate with company partners (production, quality, and supply chain) to reach technical agreements before issuing the documentation for which you're responsible. You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at Monfalcone (Italy), working 100% onsite. Main Responsibilities Identify product technical requirements and develop engineering deliverables to ensure client products are fabricated meeting all contract quality and technical requirements. Support Design Engineers in preparing design drawings. You may also be asked to perform sizing calculations for special jigs and tools dedicated to product fabrication. Work with all partners to ensure engineering deliverables are accepted by the client. Follow components/equipment fabrication under your responsibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Fluent in English and Italian Why Westinghouse?
