In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our production line runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Shift patterns - A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, alternate Wednesday, 07:00-Finish B Shift: Thursday-Saturday, alternate Wednesday, 07:00-Finish Key Responsibilities: Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures, reporting any incidents or near misses. Grade potatoes according to customer specifications and report any quality concerns. Monitor waste material and flag any potential good product being discarded. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene on site, adhering to our walk-away standards. Report machinery defects that may impact production efficiency or safety. Skills and Attributes: Good communication skills Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Due to site location, having a car and the ability to drive is desirable.
