HR Advisor - Permanent - Kettering (Onsite) - up to £37,500 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Flexible) We are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with our client to search for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, people-focused business. This is an exciting opportunity to work for within a global brand who are a well known brand in their industry, providing HR operational support from cradle to grave. You will be involved in assisting with recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, learning & development, and shaping HR strategy all in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be working in a forward-thinking company that prides itself on people development, with some impressive long-term tenure among their team. What your day will look like? Assisting with recruitment and onboarding process. Advising and supporting line managers on HR matters. Coordinating employee relations cases with the HR Manager. Driving learning & development initiatives, including apprenticeships. Supporting strategic HR projects and succession planning. Ensuring policies, contracts and processes are compliant and up to date. Working closely with senior managers on development plans for their teams and L&D initiatives. What our client is looking for: They are looking for someone with proven experience in a generalist HR role. Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for improvement Someone who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment and values discretion.
