Job Description

Financial Manager (Mining) Fochville Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team. Analyse financial data and provide insights for business decisions. Manage accounting systems and processes using Microsoft 365. Travel locally as required and work overtime when necessary. Qualifications & Experience: B-Com in Accounting and Chartered Accountant (CA) designation . Minimum 7 years operational finance experience after internship in mining/manufacturing . 5 years in small OR medium company finance roles. 3 years in large OR JSE-listed company finance roles . 5 years experience as a Financial Manager. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience working in large groups of companies. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Other Requirements: Subject to police clearance and credit check.
