RESPONSIBILITIES The delivery of customer service; Stock control and needs analysis; Staff supervision; and Proactive marketing and sales. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Std 10; Two (2) years general retail experience preferably in the agricultural sector; Computer literacy will be an advantage; Ability to work independently and with limited supervision; Excellent sales skills; General management skills including personnel management; Good interpersonal skills; Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English; Must not be allergic to dust; Physically able to lift and carry items of up to 50 kg; Willing to work weekends and overtime when required; Valid forklift license will be an advantage; and Code EC1 drivers licence will be an advantage.
