This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in healthcare risk management and strategic projects within Singapore's public healthcare sector. Responsibilities: Support enterprise risk management projects, including strategic and corporate projects such as ERM framework development, implementation for AI and digitalisation, crisis management and hospital remodelling. Conduct risk assessments and research to support evidence-based decision making Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies Perform documentation and reporting for key risk management initiatives Support the planning and execution of risk management training and workshops Assist in planning and monitoring for risk management projects Perform any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Entry level graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of working experience Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with data analysis tools is a plus Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams Strong organisational and time management skills Keen interest in healthcare and risk management Proactive learning attitude and adaptability Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
