The School Improvement Partner collaborates with school leaders to ensure ongoing priorities and projects align with the Cognita Assurance Framework, with a focus on effective governance and building positive professional relationships. Who we are looking for: Trusted, calm, and pragmatic educational partner to senior leaders under pressure. Values-driven, with high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills. Able to navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity confidently. Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Self-directed, responsive, and discreet.
