Recruitment & Sourcing Intern – Engineering (International Projects) Are you eager to start your career in recruitment and work in a truly global environment? At ALTEN , a leading consulting firm in engineering and technology, we are looking for a Recruitment & Sourcing Intern to join our team and support international recruitment processes : projects delivered in Spain, but with teams based across different countries. About the internship A university internship agreement is required (curricular or extracurricular). ⏳ Duration: 6 months . If performance is successful, there is the possibility to continue your career with us. What you will do Support in sourcing and attracting engineering profiles for international projects. Assist in managing interviews and recruitment processes in English. Collaborate with managers from different countries to understand project needs. Post job offers, review CVs, and maintain candidate databases. What we are looking for ✅ Current university student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). ✅ Fluent English (minimum B2). ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ✅ Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in engineering and consulting.
