Mechanical Foreman

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mechanical Foreman to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga! Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engineering teams with strong planning, organizing, and control skills. Apply solid mechanical knowledge to support operational efficiency and equipment performance. Coordinate work priorities with operations and oversee staff to meet production targets. Enforce safety regulations, compliance standards, and support HR/IR matters as needed. Manage budgets, resources, and reporting while participating in standby and overtime duties.
