Mine Manager

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in Limpopo! Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act, Minerals Act, and relevant regulations. Manage daily mine operations, including resource allocation and execution of the mining plan. Monitor production performance and initiate corrective actions to meet targets. Oversee workforce competency, training, and development to ensure safe, skilled operations. Compile operational reports and manage budgets with effective cost control measures. Requirements: Grade 12 Mine Managers certificate of competence Mining Engineering Degree/B-Tech At least 10 years experience in conventional underground mining 3-5 years in a managerial role in the mining industry 8 years hard rock underground experience Valid Drivers License Benefits: Salary: R3,5m R4.2m CTC Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
