Job Description Lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead Define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, managing the budget, channel mix, and KPIs across the entire funnel Set goals aligned with the leadership team, track results, and lead a high-performing marketing team fostering innovation and data-driven decisions Oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels Develop a culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy, making Scalable the go-to name for investing Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations, aiming to be the most trusted brand in finance Qualifications Several years of marketing experience, including team leadership Proven track record in scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in Italy, in startup, scale-up, or agency environments Expertise in full funnel marketing: acquisition, activation, retention across channels including brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM Ability to balance creative risks with a focus on optimization and scaling effective strategies Strong link between product, brand, and growth with a creative and fast-feedback mindset Ownership mentality: decision-making, long-term thinking, and follow-through Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required Additional Information Join a fast-growing, visible Fintech startup creating impactful services Work with an international, diverse, and inclusive team Access to latest hardware and tools Participate in knowledge sharing and career development sessions with an Education Budget International relocation support available if needed Option to work abroad Attractive compensation package Benefit from a complimentary PRIME Broker subscription J-18808-Ljbffr
