We are seeking an Account Manager to be the main sales contact for the Central and Southern Italy territory, covering Umbria, Marche, Campania, Lazio, and Puglia. The role involves representing our products, equipment, and services, focusing on nurturing relationships with existing customers in the metalworking market and driving cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives. Competitive pay bonus Company car Meal tickets Health insurance 2 paid volunteering days annually Opportunities for career growth in commercial or related areas QH University: Online training platform for all levels Wellbeing, Mental Health, Women Inclusion & DEI programs Responsibilities: Develop business in Central and Southern Italy to meet sales and margin targets through regular customer visits Build strong relationships with key contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and commercial offers demonstrating value Provide technical advice, collaborating with Product Application team for solutions Align with the KAM team on account strategies to maximize potential Coordinate with QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions for equipment sales Work with Customer Service and Technical Service teams to meet customer expectations Report on sales, budgets, and forecasts using CRM and IT tools Participate in industry conferences and trade shows Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulations for market insights Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience in metalworking, steel, lubricants, or similar industries Preferably from lubricants, greases, coolants, or industrial chemicals Educational background in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or relevant engineering Fluent in Italian and English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Location: Field role across Umbria, Marche, Campania, Lazio, and Puglia, with extensive travel required Soft skills: Safety-conscious, team-oriented, autonomous, results-driven, analytical, customer-focused About Us: We are a global leader in industrial process fluids, present in over 40 countries, partnering with manufacturers in steel, aluminum, automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors to improve operational efficiency and innovation.
