About the job Based at San Clemente Palace Venice within the IT Department, the IT Manager is responsible for supporting the hotel’s IT needs. The IT Manager reports to the Director of IT. As IT Manager, your duties will include: Managing daily IT needs and requests Assisting hotel guests with IT issues Managing the hotel’s guest laptops and printers Ensuring all hotel guest room equipment is in working order and presentable Setting up IT needs for conferences and meetings upon request Assisting staff with daily IT issues Proactively preventing IT issues before they occur Qualifications and skills we expect from you: Fluent in English and Italian Previous experience in luxury hotels Computer system training College education or equivalent (highly preferred) Strong problem-solving skills Our commitment to you Learning & Development: Your success is our success.
