Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Site Contract Management to join our team! This is a remote-based opportunity with flexible location options in the following countries: UK, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia. At Precision for Medicine, we believe in advancing personalized medicine through innovative assays and clinical trial management, helping biotech and pharmaceutical companies develop effective, targeted treatments. Position Summary The Director will oversee the success of the site budget and contract negotiations globally, ensuring high-quality drafting, review, and tracking of legal agreements such as confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and ancillary agreements. The role involves close collaboration with Clinical Operations, legal, and finance teams to resolve contract issues and align with study timelines. The position also involves participating in strategic initiatives like the Precision Site Network and Rapid Start-up. Essential functions include: Leading the global site contracting function. Establishing processes and procedures for contract management. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements. Escalating and resolving complex issues with legal, finance, or senior management. Ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Updating study teams on contract status. Overseeing agreement execution across portfolios. Managing contract metrics and database maintenance. Identifying process improvements and implementing corrective actions. Representing the organization in meetings as a Subject Matter Expert. Performing other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Required: A 4-year college degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline. Other Required: 8 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements and site budgets. Experience with North American and European institutions. Proven ability to develop strategies and improve processes in contract negotiation and management. Preferred: Experience in contract research, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in teams. Negotiation skills and influence in complex situations. Proficiency in MS Office and site budget planning tools.
