Business Value Advisor

The Business Value Advisor plays a key role in the selling process, helping SAP customers identify the benefits and value of SAP solutions. Its main internal stakeholders are the Sales and Presales departments, but this is also a customer-facing role. Success requires a collaborative approach, enabling a partnership between SAP and the customer or prospect. The outputs include a business case, a client solution roadmap, and a concise executive summary. Main Tasks Analyze customer pain points and select the most suitable value drivers to shape an effective value proposition. Use Value Management tools to build business cases and promote benchmarking. Assist the Italy Head of Business Value Advisors in preparing team meetings and managing follow-up activities. Experience - Role Requirements Work Experience Prior experience in solution or industry areas is advantageous. Good understanding of the role of IT in business. Education, Skills, and Competencies Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics and Management or Industrial Engineering; MBA is a plus. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel. Interest in technology, corporate finance, and enterprise systems. Project management skills and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Attention to quality, detail, and accuracy. This is a temporary contract of less than 6 months.
