Service Advisor – Truck Rental

Blackheath Our client, a national fleet / Rental Company is seeking to employ a service advisor to join their team. Main requirements Grade 12 A valid driver's license would be an added advantage Main duties in workshop, but not limited to Record repair orders accurately, noting issues, symptoms, and service requests. Schedule appointments based on workshop capacity and technician availability. Coordinate with workshop managers to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times .Prepare and present cost estimates for parts and labour. Get approval for repairs or additional work before proceeding. Clearly explain charges, service procedures, and warranty terms. Open and close repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Ensure proper billing, invoicing, Maintain records and service history. Communicate clearly with workshop technicians Monitor the progress of work to ensure timely delivery.
