Support (Implementation) Consultant

Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant Tertiary qualification 4 years implementation support experience SQL and ERP experience Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and implementation goals Assist in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams Offer post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
