Job Description Lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead. Define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, managing the budget, channel mix, and KPIs across the entire funnel. Set goals in alignment with the leadership team, track results, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels. Develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy, ensuring that Italians think of Scalable when considering investing. Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations, striving to be the most trusted brand in finance by adhering to industry standards. Qualifications Several years of experience in marketing, including team leadership roles. Proven track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in startup, scale-up, or agency/consulting environments in Italy. Expertise in the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention across channels like brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM. Ability to balance bold creative initiatives with a rigorous 80/20 optimization mindset: testing, learning, and scaling what works. Skill in linking product, brand, and growth into a cohesive narrative, combining creative taste with a focus on fast feedback and optimization. Ownership mentality: making decisions, thinking long-term, and completing projects. Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required.
