This engineer will oversee both strategic and hands-on support for our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring commercial, technical, and customer support for our products. The role involves supporting regional drive centers and managing commercial activities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. It is key to bridging product management, engineering, and regional support teams to deliver application expertise and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial product support Prepare quotations and proposals Support segments and regions Coordinate bids Analyze margins and profitability Provide application engineering and technical support Enable commercial training Gather product feedback and manage lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally Monitor performance and improve processes Build customer relationships and advocacy Travel Requirements: At least 25% travel, possibly more, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
