This engineer will manage both strategic and operational aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, supporting commercial opportunities with technical, customer-facing, and support functions. The role involves supporting regional drive centers, providing day-to-day support for commercial activities, and bridging product management, engineering, and regional teams to deliver application expertise and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial product support Handle quotations and proposals Support segments and regions Coordinate bids Analyze margins and profitability Provide application engineering and technical support Enable and train commercial teams Manage product lifecycle and feedback Collaborate cross-functionally Monitor performance and improve processes Build customer relationships Travel Requirements: Minimum 25% travel, potentially more, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent in automation Proven experience in Servo Motor Product Management Track record in business development within servo motors and motion control Knowledge of automation markets and applications Strong interpersonal and technical skills Leadership experience managing teams and projects Employees must be able to: Understand emergency instructions Read safety signage and hazard warnings Communicate effectively in emergencies Nidec Drives: What we do?
