Key Responsibilities: Draft and assist with discovery motions and meet-and-confer correspondence. Prepare motions in limine, trial briefs, and related litigation filings. Assist with summary judgment motions and oppositions. Support attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom readiness. Qualifications: Current 2L or 3L law student OR recent law school graduate. Strong interest in personal injury litigation and trial work. Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
