Email Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist (Wellness/Spa Equipment) (JB5481) Fully Remote (Suitable for South African based Candidates) $1 200.00 to $1 800.00 USA Dollars a month CTC Permanent A leading US-based e-commerce retailer in the wellness, medical, and spa equipment sector is looking for a dedicated and skilled Email Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join their growing remote team. This company is known for its professional-grade products, exceptional customer service, and consultative sales approach, serving wellness practitioners, massage therapists, and healthcare professionals across the United States and Canada The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing high-converting email marketing campaigns, creating visually engaging content, and supporting the brands digital marketing initiatives. This is a remote position ideal for a self-motivated, creative marketing professional with a strong eye for design and a proven track record in email campaign execution Minimum Requirements: 3 years' experience managing email marketing for an e-commerce brand or online store 2 years' experience in graphic design/content creation (email, social media, or product content) Proficient in email marketing software (Klaviyo preferred, Mailchimp acceptable) Strong marketing analytics skills with the ability to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or spa industry is advantageous Fully equipped to work remotely with stable internet, and necessary software/tools Willing and able to work USA business hours (Central Time / CST) Duties and Responsibilities: Design and execute weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns Create and optimise email templates to drive engagement and sales Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and automation workflows Monitor performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing content with promotions and new product launches Produce visually compelling graphics for emails, social posts, and product pages Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives based on skillset (e.g., social media, product page design)
