Worskhop Foreman

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate tasks to technicians. Monitor workflow to ensure repairs are completed within set timelines. Perform quality checks to maintain high repair standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaise with estimators, parts department, and management to resolve challenges. Train, motivate, and lead staff to achieve workshop targets. Report on workshop performance, productivity, and efficiency. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Trade Test Certificate (Panel Beating or Spray Painting will be an advantage). Minimum 35 years experience as a Workshop Foreman / Supervisor in the motor industry (preferably in an auto body repair environment ). Strong leadership and people management skills. Sound technical knowledge of body repair processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid drivers license and clear criminal record.
