Job Description
Responsibilities: Handle all legal matters and procedures on behalf of the company. Manage contracts and service level agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Draft, review, and implement company policies. Provide legal advice and guidance on sector-related matters, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Ensure employee compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations. Fulfil company secretarial duties as required. Assist with the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents. Perform any other reasonable and lawful tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders. Requirements: South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme. A complete Bachelors degree or diploma in Law (LLB or equivalent), Legal Studies, or Business Administration Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
