Responsibilities: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure zero harm and emergency readiness. Drive production performance in line with business targets and continuous improvement goals. Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Manage equipment maintenance, resource allocation, and cost control.
