Job Description

Position Overview Axiolo seeks a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This position is remote and fast-paced, and strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for social media are essential. In this role, you'll work with U.S.-based clients ranging from startups to enterprise-level organizations. You'll be able to engage directly with C-suite executives and investment professionals while supporting B2B and B2C growth initiatives. Your efforts will play a key role in generating leads, setting meetings, and contributing to the overall success of our clients. All submitted CVs must be in English! Scope of Duties At Axiolo, we bring enterprise-level strategy to small and mid-sized businesses—making sales approachable, energetic, and effective. As a Sales Development Rep, you'll help implement and execute sales strategies that generate results. Role and Responsibilities Apply sales techniques and remain open to ongoing training Maintain consistent sales activities—cold calls, emails, and meeting targets Meet weekly with our client's sales leads to discuss challenges and refine strategy Generate new leads and book prospect meetings for assigned clients Participate in weekly forecasting and pipeline review sessions Execute additional tasks as delegated by the our client's team Expectations & Goals Prospect through cold calling and follow-up emails Enter and manage all activities in the CRM Learn our clients' services and successfully pitch via cold outreach Study and apply scripts, talk tracks, and email templates Manage follow-up cadences to convert outreach into scheduled meetings Qualifications Exceptional English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling messaging Proven strengths in planning, organizing, and executing effective cold calls Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement Creative thinker with a collaborative, client-first mindset Benefits Collaborate with experienced sales professionals and leadership Opportunity to learn and grow across multiple industries and client types Gain real-world exposure to enterprise and startup sales strategies Salary range $20,000 - $30,000 MXN monthly About Axiolo Axiolo is growing!
