About Campus Credit Campus Credit is a fast-scaling EdTech startup that provides colleges and high schools with an integrated SaaS platform to manage dual enrollment, high school articulation, credit-by-exam, and credit for prior learning. We replace outdated systems with a streamlined platform that improves operational efficiency, compliance, and equity for students across educational institutions. Our mission is to transform how schools collaborate and award credit—starting in California and expanding nationally. We’re now looking for a strategic team member to help us hit our first major growth milestone: 50 institutional customers in Year 1 . Position Overview We are hiring a Growth & Customer Success Manager to lead customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue operations. This person will be a full-time partner in scaling Campus Credit’s outreach and success strategy—owning the top, middle, and bottom of the sales funnel, while ensuring existing clients remain engaged and satisfied. You’ll work directly with the Founder and serve as the operational engine behind our go-to-market efforts. Key Objectives (First 12 Months) Launch a scalable outreach and demo scheduling pipeline Convert 100 warm leads into 50 paying institutional customers Maintain >90% customer satisfaction and Build a CRM-based dashboard to track lead conversion and engagement Ensure all customers are invoiced and paid on time Core Responsibilities Customer Acquisition & Outreach (40%) Build and manage a lead generation funnel targeting high schools, community colleges, and state education systems Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and conference strategies to set 10–20 demos/month Maintain outbound campaigns using CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp) Coordinate founder-led sales meetings, follow-ups, and proposal delivery Track and report conversion metrics weekly, adjusting strategy as needed Marketing & Brand Visibility (20%) Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, case studies, email series, and product one-pagers Drive website traffic and demo sign-ups through SEO and paid ads (optional) Assist with webinars, virtual events, and conference coordination to raise awareness Manage Campus Credit’s digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant forums Customer Success & Support (25%) Onboard new clients through live trainings, Q&A sessions, and setup support Serve as the primary point of contact for client support needs and usage optimization Develop self-service onboarding tools (e.g., Help Center, training videos, user guides) Collect client feedback and deliver product improvement insights to the dev team Billing, Contracts & CRM Management (15%) Prepare proposals, contracts, and renewal agreements in coordination with the CEO Manage the invoicing process and follow up on any late or disputed payments Maintain accurate CRM records for every institution, contact, and status Build recurring revenue and retention dashboards for internal visibility Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, customer success, sales, or marketing Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts Familiarity with the community college, dual enrollment, or K–12 markets preferred Strong organizational skills and project management experience Experience using CRM (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation, and invoicing tools Strong writing, interpersonal communication, and public presentation skills Preferred Traits Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Excited to work in a startup where processes are evolving and every decision matters Mission-driven with an interest in education equity and technology High attention to detail, especially when it comes to documentation and customer support
