Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Schedule: Core hours are 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Standard time (to align with New York business hours). Some flexibility is available, but interns must be consistently available during this window for online collaboration.

Manhattan Music Exchange is a New York-based company specializing in premium instruments and gear. Our platform connects a global community of professional musicians, collectors, and serious enthusiasts.
We also maintain a satellite office in Germany, but this internship is conducted fully online. Interns will be working remotely while joining our U.S. team for online meetings, mentorship, and collaboration.
This internship is designed for motivated US students seeking serious, structured experience in digital marketing and e-commerce within an international business.
Role Overview
The Marketing & E-Commerce Intern will support digital marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and online store operations. You will collaborate with both the New York and Germany teams but report primarily to the U.S. team during overlapping London hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Assist with content creation (copywriting, visuals, scheduling, engagement).
- Create and maintain accurate product listings on our e-commerce site.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
- Provide support for customer outreach and communication, ensuring professionalism.
- Assist in managing content calendars (posts, newsletters, promotions).
- Attend and contribute to online meetings with our U.S. team (during 2:00–7:00 PM London time).
