We are looking for dynamic individuals who thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Our regional team now has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Enrichment Director to join our team. About the role We seek an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to develop and lead Cognita’s Enrichment portfolio of educational experiences beyond the classroom. This role involves designing and executing a high-impact, multi-market strategy to deliver enrichment programs, tuition, extracurricular activities, and family learning across our international schools in Asia. The Director will build the business from the ground up—leveraging existing enrichment offers and holiday camps managed within Cognita, launching new pilots across Asia, and expanding regionally—with the goal of enhancing student learning, fostering community engagement, and increasing the value of being part of the Cognita network. Who we are looking for: 10 years in a senior leadership role in education, enrichment, camps, EdTech, or related sectors Proven experience in launching and scaling educational products or services Familiarity with K–12 international school environments, ideally in Asia Experience managing multi-market operations and diverse stakeholder groups Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and innovate Excellent project and program management skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Passion for education, learning, and student development High integrity and alignment with Cognita’s purpose and values Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship-building abilities Culturally sensitive and adaptable across diverse school communities How to Apply Please complete your application before the closing date: 12 September 2025 .
