Role: Sales & Marketing Support Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly) Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Some flexibility to complete some tasks outside standard hours as long as deliverables and deadlines are met) Rate: $1,280 - $1,600 USD monthly / $15,360 - $19,200 annually (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location) Availability to Start: Immediately Client's Profile This US-based company has craftsmen dedicated to excellence and specializes in concours-quality vinyl interior restoration since 1981. With over four decades of experience, the team combines the finest materials, advanced techniques, and authentic tooling to restore interiors for the world's best vehicles. Passionate about the car restoration hobby, they focus on quality over quick fixes, ensuring every part is crafted with precision, care, and respect for authenticity. They are recognized as the leading experts in vinyl interior restoration and are trusted by enthusiasts and professionals alike. What You'll Do As a key member of the Sales and Marketing Support team, you will play a vital role in executing daily sales operations and supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing customer email communications, updating and maintaining CRM records, coordinating quote requests, uploading media to the website, monitoring and responding to social media activity, and driving email marketing efforts from ideation through execution and performance tracking. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and an intuitive understanding of digital communication tools. Your responsibilities will include: Sales Communication & Quote Management: (20 hrs per week: 50% workload allocation) Professionally manage and respond promptly to all sales-related emails. Track, organize, and document all quote requests and customer communications. Qualify inbound leads to assess fit and readiness before escalation. Update and maintain lead information accurately in Pipedrive CRM. Follow up on outstanding quotes to record final outcomes (won, lost, no response). Ensure easy retrieval and accuracy of sales-related documents and communications. Email Marketing Management (5 hrs per week - 12.5% workload allocation) Collaborate on campaigns and content planning aligned with marketing goals. Build and manage automated email flows and sequences (e.g., welcome, re-engagement, follow-ups). Write, format, and schedule email campaigns. Track performance metrics and report insights. Test and optimize emails for performance. Maintain and segment email lists to improve targeting and deliverability. Website Content & Social Media Support (5 hrs per week - 12.5% workload allocation) Upload and post images and job photos to the company's WordPress website. Perform basic photo editing (cropping and enhancing contrast/color). Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments and DMs. Meetings, Updates & Reporting (5 hrs per week - 12.5% workload allocation) Attend weekly virtual sales meetings (every Tuesday). Maintain organized digital folders and detailed notes. Provide clear, concise updates on task progress and outstanding items. General Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks (5 hrs per week - 12.5% workload allocation) Provide ad-hoc support across teams by supporting administrative tasks, special projects, and urgent priorities outside core responsibilities. What You Should Have Must-haves: At least three years of proven experience in sales support, client relations, or digital marketing roles. At least two years of experience with email marketing and creating campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and analytic tracking. At least one year of experience working in a global remote or virtual environment for a company based in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE. Strong written and verbal English skills with professional communication. Experience managing and responding to sales-related emails promptly. Comfortable using time-tracking software (Hubstaff, Clockify, etc.). Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive preferred). Proficient in using Gmail or similar email platforms for communication. Comfortable uploading images and content to WordPress or similar CMS. Basic photo editing skills (cropping, color/contrast adjustments) using Photoshop, Canva or similar tools. Experience using Slack or other team collaboration tools for communication. Highly organized, reliable, and efficient multitasker. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Availability to attend weekly virtual sales meetings (Tuesdays). Technology Specifications: Minimum 100 Mbps Internet Speed Windows 11 or macOS 15 Sequoia Minimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB RAM Webcam and Headset Designated Office Space in your home Nice-to-haves: Experience in monitoring and engaging with social media (comments, questions). Basic understanding of automotive terminology and an interest in classic cars are a big plus! Experience working with custom WordPress themes.
